We offer two buckle styles: a plastic Cinch which holds securely and releases easily, and a metal D-ring that is easy to thread and adjust into position.

I use a 10′ version of the Hugger Mugger D-Ring Yoga Strap 8-Foot (Natural). I don’t think it matters whether you have 8 or 10 feet, though. The strap is very sturdy and it is hard to imagine that I will ever have to buy another one!

Also a nice strap in the 8 foot version. My only concern is the weight of the D-ring. I need to be careful that I don’t wack myself with it. I am keeping it and will use it along with a 6 foot one I purchased.
