I have two yoga blocks at home, and this one is definitely the better of the two. It has more weight to it than my block from another big brand, which makes it a lot more stable to use for poses. I think I will replace my other block with another one of these.

I have several of these yoga blocks. They are sturdy and a good size. They get the job done. They are light weight enough to be easy to carry, but solid enough to not wobble in poses.

These Yoga blocks are perfect! I admit I don’t have much experience with blocks since I just started doing Yoga — but these are working great for this 6’4″ 215 pound guy.
