I teach Water therapy and these are excellent shorts to wear over my suit. They are loose enough to move around, and have two deep pockets, as well as they don’t float up while in the water(causing obstruction).I purchased xxl just because mens shorts are usually cut straighter than womens. I ordered mens because women shorts are just that SHORT. I prefer longer shorts.

These are very well made shorts, that appear to be able to stand up to a high level of fitness swimming. *However*, Dolphin’s sizing leaves a lot to be desired – I am a large frame individual, and purchased the 3XL, assuming (in the lack of a size chart) that it would fit like most other athletic/fitness 3XL sized, roughly in the 50″ range. This is far smaller than that, and would fit a 40-42″ waist size.

Very Comfortable, 2 nice side pockets 1 inside flap type pocket. Nice material, fast drying. I am a big man 40″ waist, X-Large fits perfect. Very pleased.
